These R-flex pre-insulated pex pipe systems are used as cost-effective distribution for heating and cooling applications. With flexible, energy-saving, durable and its waterproof cover, these insulation systems guarantee an effective and long-lasting performance.

Features

– Dual-Wall Outer Jacket: its corrugated shell protects the carrier pipe and the insulation material from weather impact, temperature changes, jobsite damages and water absorption.

– PE Foam Insulation: covering the main pipe are multiple layers of polyethylene foam with a closed cellular structure. This design provides these pipes with low water vapor absorption, enhanced R-value insulation and an excellent resistance to extreme temperatures.

– Superior Protection: because of its materials these pipes feature long lasting performance. Other PEX pipes made with polyurethane foam can break when bending and lose their insulative properties.

– PEX Pipe: carrier pipes are coated with an EVOH oxygen barrier, increasing the life expectancy of the system components.
